1st Christmas

Kai was lucky enough to have both sets of grandparents and his Aunt Emi come visit for Christmas.  He was sick and not feeling very good but there was definitely no shortage of love and snuggles for him.

Mommy's Graduation

It's hard to believe but I finally completed my NNP program.  Kai was a good boy at the ceremony but you can tell he was soooo tired!

Brooke and her 14 month old, Miles, came for a short visit last week.  Miles is walking and really proved the point that my house is definitely not baby proof so I'm glad Kai isn't getting around too fast yet.  And unfortunately the boys wouldn't stay still long enough for me to get a good picture!

Kai and I spent the weekend in Atlanta with my friends from high school and had so much fun catching up.  Can't wait to meet the new babies when they arrive and get everyone together again!

Even though Kai's not crawling on all fours he can get around really fast. This video shows him going right for my computer cables, which he does any chance he can get. He gets really mad when I won't let him have them...

Grandma and Grandpa Dube came to visit Kai this weekend.  Kai was excited to see them both again!   

Now that Grandma and Grandpa Heintz live 2 hours away Kai gets to see them all the time!  Here they are at the river on a gorgeous fall day.

My friend Sarah and I spent last week at a conference in Clearwater Beach, Florida and were joined by our husbands and babies for the weekend.  The weather was gorgeous and Kai loved spending all day playing at the pool and beach.  Still no teeth, but as you can see he is constantly chewing on his hand so one might be coming soon.   

We'll take this pumpkin...

What a fun weekend!

Kai had lots of visitors this weekend-  Grandma and Grandpa, Aunt Emi, and our friend Kathryn.  They definitely kept Kai entertained and we loved having everyone come visit!
