Train Trip

To check another item off the summer bucket list, we took a trip by train to Greensboro.  Of course the train was the highlight but we also had fun at the Greensboro Children's Museum and watching a Grasshopper's baseball game.

BHI again!

 Shortly after returning from a week at the beach with Papa Norm and Nana, Kai and Lucy got more beach time by spending a week at Bald Head Island with Papa Dube and Gaga!  Bettina, Nick, and Charlotte also flew in from Kansas City for the family vacation.  What a fun summer we've all had!!

 The fam headed down to Carolina Beach to spend 4th of July.  

                    It was great to spend a whole week with nana and papa!

but thats just what Papa let them do!   They had a blast!

Lucy has a very bubbly, happy personality and loves being social and making new friends.  But don't let the sweet face fool you....she can throw a mean temper tantrum!!  She likes looking at books, taking rides on her trike and wants to do to anything her brother is doing.  We can tell already that she will be very strong willed and independent and will do amazing things with her life!
